What does this mean

Looks like the apps and services that are on a Samsung phone or tablet, and are specific to that manufacturer. Both my Samsung phones have similar. "sec" in the descriptors, meaning Samsung Electronics Corp.

All that those screens mean to the average Android user is this:
Normal app activity and nothing more.
You're over thinking it.
Move along and stay out of those screens and enjoy your Android device.

The only app there that I don't recognise is "Providers: Benefits and debit". I assume this is some third party app you installed, or something your service provider added (it does seem to come up at the same time you used the dialer). The rest are just completely normal apps that any Samsung device would have.

Providers is an app to track balances of programs like food stamps, etc.

From what I can see it looks like you took a picture, made a call and went shopping. Nothing nefarious at all.
