What email client do you use?

Ive been using Aqua for years but now the free version had ads on the emails, Just wondering what i should go to next didn't really want to go back to Gmail.

What features are you looking for?

When the gmail app allowed the addition of non-google accounts, that was all I needed and I like the unified inbox.

O WoW i didn't even know Gmail had updated that much thats why i moved away, ive got three other non Gmail emails.

Aqua layout looks better than Gmail unless Gmail has updated their layout.

Has Gmail improved because when i was using it sometimes i wouldn't get emails straight away or the app would stop working, I must say with Aqua i never had a problem.

Gmail started allowing additional email accounts in 2015 or there abouts and it has improved greatly, but it's still Google with all the look and feel of all their apps. Gmail, Exchange, Yahoo and a few other IMAP account can push mail through the Gmail app, but POP3 needs to have polling set. I generally poll every 15 minutes for important email accounts and once every hour for the less critical.

Regarding appearances, try going to the Play Store, do a search for email apps, and in each one there are some screen caps showing you a general look and feel of the app's user interface.
Also, apps like the Gmail app get regularly updated so basing its current performance on previous usage might not apply.
(That said, my default email app is K-9 Mail, an Open Source app with a long history. Also recommend ProtonMail, an email app focused heavily on security and privacy issues.)
