Help What exactly is Picasa web albums syncing?

So on my DInc running Froyo I now have an extra link under my google account that lets me sync my Picasa web albums. I have no idea how this works though. I took pictures, but they didn't upload to Picasa. Can I set this up natively? I've been using Photobucket, but I'd prefer a Google service if it works better.

Just go into the gallery and choose your picture and hit share. Then go to Picasa and it should be in a folder there called Dropbox. This works both ways, if you have photos in Picasa web albums they'll also show up in your phone's gallery.
