what files do i put in nandroid to run a rom?help!!!

iam trying to get the bugless rom on my phone.
i new to this.
i download the rom. when i unzipp the file, i have 4 things in it
a data folder,
system folder,
meta-inf folder,
and a booot.img file.

i put all the files in a bugless folder and transfered it in the nandroid folder.

when i go into sprecovery, and run the bugless folder,
i get a error messaage saying: nandroid exited with status 25.

iam i putting the wrong files in the nandroid folder?
what iam i doing wrong?

I dont think you put the files in a folder. I believe you just leave all the files in the zip file, and flash that from your recovery.

i read some threads and everyone unzipps the roms and makes a folder.
iam goin to try, what you said right now.

sitlet is correct, you just put the zip of the ROM on the root of your SD card, go into recovery and flash the ROM. You shouldn't ever need to unzip a ROM file, at least not for installation
