What games have you bought?

Everybody list what games you have actually paid for. Generally, people will only shell out money for a game if they really like it. I know I'm very hesitant to purchase a game on the market not knowing whether it will be worth it.

Also, if you've bought a game and regretted it, maybe mention that when you list it.

Flight Director $1.99
Golf Solitaire $1.99

Both very fun games and worth the $2

Flight Director
Radiant
LoveCatch
Gem Miner: Dig Deeper
Papa Stacker
Armored Strike
Abduction! World Attack
Robo Defense

Don't regret buying any of them, I am happy to support Android developers if they make a good product.

Here is what I use:
Newsrob (can't live without)
Google Voice
Bloo (Facebook)
Astrid
Pandora
That is it!

Are any of those paid apps? I think most of those are free. They are also not games. I was asking which GAMES people have actually paid money for.

I've paid money for Pac-Man and Abduction! World Attack. Both are good and worth what I paid for them (though Pac-Man was a bit pricey).

I had Abduction, the free version, installed for a while but didn't know whether it would be worth it or not to buy the full version. It's fun, but is there a lot of gameplay in the full version?

The main game is similar to a quick game in Abduction, but there are 22 stages, each with increasing difficulty and varying environments. Plus, there are 54 challenges (Nine challenges in each of the following categories: Score Attack, Time Trial, Animal Rescue, Mayhem, Moon Missions and CPU Race) to get gold medals on, twenty-two unlockable animals to use and custom maps once you unlock them.

For the $2.20 I spent on it, I got more than my money's worth. A lot of fun, especially in 5 minute spurts!

I mainly buy the games for support to dev's who take the time and make proper games. Granted most of these I paid for to play them cause their good, but like game dev story I already played on the itouch (which I sold) but I bought it for android just for the support.

Armored Strike
Game Dev Story
Light Up
Star Traders RPG Elite
Super Tumble
Back Breaker Football (doesn't work on gingerbread :( )
Space Physics
Battle For Mars
Homerun Battle
Super KO Boxing (I regret this because glu are a bunch of worthless tools who won't fix the lag problem on the buttons)

In the order I bought them:

1. What the Doodle - Loved it - Wished people still played.

2. Hockey Nations - Hated/Refunded - The controls were terrible at the time of purchase.

3. Reckless Racing - Love love love! - I'll keep supporting this dev cuz their games are amazing and they were putting out quality titles on android when no one else was. They also respond to emails quickly.

4. Sims 3 - Neutral - Never really play it, but it's interesting. I hated the fact that the day after i bought it (which was close to release) they put it on sale for 99 cents!!!

5. Need for Speed - Neutral - Got it on sale for 99c. Never really play it though.

6. Majesty: Fantasy Kingodm Sim - No Vote yet - Still need to learn to play this one.

7. X Construction - LOVE - Played the demo, loved it, bought the full version. This game is good for laughs. You build a bridge that you think will be so great, and then tons of people die cuz you're a horrible bridge builder. Fun to play with friends too.

Here are the games I WANT to pay for:

Angry birds (to get rid of stupid ads)
Cut the rope (still waiting for android version)

Spiderman Mayhem hd, splinter cell, and a couple other gameloft games. Since their games are device specific and not portable with your google account, I won't buy until I have a xoom or other tablet. No problems with buying directly from gameloft though.

If you turn off the data connection, you can play without ads!

If you're rooted get an app called adfree, all one word. You'll have Ad free angry birds after that.

I got most on sale [yeah .. am a sucker for sales]

- Dungeon Defenders [like it .. but I forgot I quit mmo's]
- Zenonia [even though I suffer from a laggy gameplay on galaxy S for some reason (on 2.1 and stayed with 2.2) I still like it]
- Newton [I regret this, too hard for me]
- fart for your life [was fun at first, but there was a bug with updating scores as they don't get submitted if you are offline, was on sale so blah]
- overkill [was on sale .. but I never get in the mood to play]
- Hyperactive Ninja [the game I really LOVED !! , too bad there are no updates for a long time]
- Impossible Level Game [one of the games I'd never ever regret getting]
- GameDev Story [got this on a sale to try it out and maybe refund .. played for 4 hours straight...and missed the morning class next day]
- Mini Squadrons (both) [fun game]
- Radiant HD [was on sale, didn't see any difference between this and the normal lite version .. but it's a fun game anyway]
- Fruit Ninja [no need to explain .. fun]
- Mini Army [fun great game]
- Amtalee [first game I bought, fun till I got stuck on a level :P]
- Fruit ninja KAKA [regret getting this , I thought it was great until I saw the real thing]

A sh*t-ton. I'm a sucker for lists, so I'll bite:)

My current favorites are:

PES2011
Radiant HD
Totemo HD
Reckless Racing
NFS Shift
River Blast
EVAC HD
Battle Bears-1
Jet Car Stunts
Game Dev Story
Reckless Racing 2
Exzeus
Nesoid
Snesoid
Gensoid

Only games I regret buying are Zenonia (impulse buy, never play it) and Speed Forge 3D (bought this when I first got my Hero in late 2009. If folks think the Market lacks games now, it was dismal in 2009). I also bought MLB Power Pros but I refunded that game after 20 mins...

I've paid and played for Spiderman. It might be the best game currently available for Android. It was weird buying straight from Gameloft's website, but for Sprint customers they were offering a buy one get one free. It was pretty cool. Great game.

I gotta say, It's nice to see that people actually pay for games. According to what some developers say, "Nobody buys games in the Android Market! Android owners are cheap bastards!" (Not exactly a direct quote, but you get my drift). If there are any developers reading this thread, we DO pay for games. We just don't pay for crappy games. Just about every game listed throughout this thread is quality.

For some reason, this thread makes me proud:)

I have most of the gameloft library. They just make nice games. From time to time they even have had free games. Picked up quite a few that way

Let's see...

Game Dev Story
Word Mix
Jet Car Stunts
Need for Speed Shift
Radient HD
Tales of Poroco
Let's Golf 2
Nova
Hawx
Asphalt 5

Also, a bunch of GBA carts whose roms I play with Gameboid.

Most of those I got on sale. I don't put down money unless I'm sure I'll like a game, so I always look stuff up to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into. XD
