Root What Governor should be used?

OnDemand is the best choice to get your setCPU to operate properly. It gives a good balance between having the speed when you need it and saving your battery when you don't.
 
Ondemand, I have heard of a lot of problems when using performance. I suppose you could use some of the lower ones to maybe save on battery but it would probably decrease performance.
 
I am currently on Sholes 2.0.5 running at 1.0G max and 250 Min.

Same with charging.

Sleep/Standby goes to 500/250.

Power<20% goes to 500/250.

Battery Temp over 35C goest to 250/250.

I think that is a bit more conservative than most, but I need to make sure that I keep good battery life throughout the day.
 
Just use the profiles
It defaults to ondemand - I have tried the batt. saver, and it sucked bad. The performance was quick as hell, but taxing on the batt. and CPU
