What happened to PixelPipe?

I used to use PixelPipe a while back, and although I had some gripes about it and eventually stopped using it, I've decided to give it a try again. However, I can't find it on the Android Market at all. What happened?

On the other hand, if there is an alternative, that'd be fine. Basically what I want to do is record videos with my phone and post them to YouTube and Facebook simultaneously.

By the way, I'm noticing that I already asked about an alternative to PixelPipe over a year ago on this forum... and got NO replies.

Qik video works good. I got it on the market quite awhile ago when the pixelpipe stopped working correctly

I emailed Pixelpipe support and was told that they are no longer distributing that version of Pixelpipe any more and to check back in the fall for updates.

I remember that app, but upon looking for it now i can only find Qik Video Connect by Skype software. It has a lot of bad reviews and does not look like what i want.

Are there any other apps i might try?

Even though it's no longer on the market, will the app still work? and if so, can someone that still has the downloaded .apk file host it somewhere for us to download and install?

I thought about this as well... although, it is possible that the pixelpipe servers will not support it until they've released a new version.

Still, if someone finds the apk, let me know.

Actually, I might have it...

Nah. I guess not.

I dought that it's against forum rules to link to downloads, so please share it with me :) Thanks! I had the paid version also!

This what I did... Once I was logged in and at the main screen there should be a button that says "Edit Pipes", once you enter there what every pipes you've created should be listed here with a drop-down box that lets you "select an option". Once you click on the drop down a box will appear with option to View Stream / Change Settings / Disable Default / remove (I selected view stream)... that should be it. Let me know...

So in order to check the progress, I'd have to go through all of that each and every time? That just doesn't sound very reasonable... I mean, better than nothing, but c'mon...

Please dont post links to APKs that are not yours to distribute. You put AF in a legal tight spot that I dont think anyone would want to be in.

Hope you can understand.

Who didn't know that sharing copyrighted material wasn't a huge no no?

From the comments, someone knew.

I think I want to see some private messages laid on me before I resort to Infractions.

Thanks.
