What happened to Slide Screen?

I'm trying to download the home replacement app Slide Screen by Larva Labs on my HTC Evo 4G but its not in the Market and when I click the download link on Slide Screen's web site I get a 404 error.

Any idea if this app is no longer available or do I have to download it elsewhere?

just downloaded mine and it works well for me. I've been looking for something like this since I switched from intelliscreen from iPhone 3gs.
