what happened to storage ?

I have recently added an External SD card in my mobile..because I was getting insufficient internal storage pop up message in my mobile phone....you know I install whole lot of apps.

After adding External SD card and moving few apps to it , in File Manager now it shows ..

External SD Card
Available: 29.03 GB
Total Space 29.71 GB

Internal SD Card
Available 1.69 GB
Total Space. 1.77 GB


But even after rebooting my mobile , I still get to see "Storage Space Running Out ...some system functions may not work" message in notification bar.

I am worried what to do now . How to get rid of this message. Please suggest.

For your convenience here is the android OS version I am using.
Android Version. 4.2.1

I guess phone make and model is not required here. If you have a solution ...please let me know.

issue resolved . I solved myself.

if anyone face the same issue ...then ...guys just do Clear Data of the app ....thats it.
