What happens when you untick the pulse notification light option?

Will the notification light be on constantly when you get a notification? or will it be turned off?

Not 100% sure some I've never tried it, but I would think that the light wouldn't be on at all.

I can't speak for the G specifically, but on various Nexus devices with that option it disables the notification LED entirely.
