What i think about the thunderbolt

This thing has been slow for a while... From when I got it, too now. I even replaced sim cards to hopefully kink out the 4g LTE dropping and reset the phone to be able to receive calls when I put the phone to only use 3g. All these still didn't work... If I can, I will either get Verizon to let me have this for free on a two year contract, pay 200 without a contract or just plainly return. And, you have the gps lock on that takes forever... In my opinion, this phone is going to be outdated within 2 months due to higher res screens, dual core processors, and more worked out LTE battery life issues. With this phone, I feel like a beta tester. Again, this is my opinion.

To be honest, it sounds like you're having more than "beta testing" issues. Good luck on getting VZW to eat those costs, for it. If you're within your 14 days, they'll return it, but I'd be overly surprised if they gave you a 250-300 dollar discount on the phone just because you're having issues, without even trying a replacement phone. If you still have time left, I'd at least let them swap the phone once to see if that solves your issues, before making demands of Verizon that, imo, are a little bit of a stretch.

Obviously you're entitled to your opinions, I don't think anyone was going to question that.

This is the first time I've heard someone say the T-Bolt is slow.

Maybe you have a lemon? I am just not experiencing those issues, except for the GPS thing, which does suck. But that can be fixed.
