What icon is this? (App Notification Icon Guide)

I don't know any astrology stuff, but that also resembles the Greek letter Omega (the image is so fuzzy it's hard to be definite).
Don't know whether that helps. To be honest it's probably best to just ask the person whose phone the image is from - there are so many apps that it's usually only very common ones that can be identified.
A perfectly ordinary SMS app by the look. There are so many of them with very similar icons that I'd hesitate to be more definite, but does that really matter? An SMS app is an SMS app, they all do the same things.

A fitness app can use a heart-shaped notification. Heart icons or notifications might not be just for dating apps.
Generally, these apps use heart icons for notification purpose(as per my knowledge):
G Fit.
Samsung Health.
Cardio Trainer.
Fit Bit.

Looks a bit like iHeart Radio. So I guess it's a podcast or streamed radio app possibly.

I'm trying to figure what these notifications are before I start raising questions. When my significant other messages me I sometimes see these at the top of her screen when she sends me screenshots. I know there's Chrome and YouTube and Skype, not sure what the others are.

The image with the double white box is multiple messages?
Quite possibly. The white icons look like they are part of a visual theme, and the green box might be how a custom theme handles multiple icon overlays. Or, it could be an oddly shaped, slightly moldy donut. More likely to be the former, though.

I'm thinking its some sort of messaging app or something. Because we are overseas and there is no regular text messaging. Just WhatsApp or another messaging app.Quite possibly. It's too small and fuzzy to see it properly. Suggest you post a better image.
Is it a clock icon? Perhaps an alarm has been set?

the "+4" means you have 4 additional notifications. The purple quotation marks might be either a message notification or a "quote of the day" kind of thing.
