no idea.
we get this kind of question everyday. the problem is that there are millions of apps that uses notification icons.....so....unless if it is something like facbeook or youtube most of these questions go unanswered.
the easiest way is to look in the phone's notification icon. but in most cases here, the phone is not available because it belongs to someone else.
just ask the person.
