Help What Icon is this?

The Icon looks like an eyeball with eyelashes. It comes one every 15 seconds or so. Does anyone know what it is or what app is associated with it? It's next to the GPS/911 Icon.

this has been asked before, I've never seen it, I think its a US version thing.

Apparently it means an app is using (or trying to use) GPS.

ETA doh, sorry, yeah thats smart stay, I was looking at the one to the right...

Is that the feature that keeps the screen on when it detects you are looking at the phone?

Edit: It's called Smart Stay, but I just turned it on and haven't seen the icon, so I dunno.

Yes. Its "smart stay". It comes on at an interval that corresponds with your screen time out setting. It checks to see if a face is staring at the screen. If it detects a face, it overrides the screen time out.

Smart Stay is on. If device sees your face it will not go dark at your screen timout point.

Smart Stay it is! Turned it off, and it doesn't come on. Turned it back on and there it is again. Thanks for all the replies!

I'm using an app called Screebl to keep my screen on, so that's probably why I don't get the icon in my notification bar. ;)
