What if my internal memory gets full?

I'm, planning to buy SE xperia neo V, which has gingerbread.

Even, though a lot has been written about internal memory getting full with apps, most of it is froyo specific. I want to know if we can move apps to SD card in gingerbread?

You can move some apps to the SD card with Froyo as well. It's up to the developer.

I've got about 85 apps on my Nexus One (similar in memory space to the Neo V) and I have occasionally received the low memory warning in both FroYo and GB. If it's a concern, you might want to think about a different phone.
