What is an excellent way how to clean off keys off a keyboard?

Without someone saying "You should bang it on the surface" IMHO the keys will be hurt that way and you cannot possibly know when the last letter going to punch, in and just have it either raised up way too high, or even seeking out debris in each key, sure I do eat by my p.c. but rule of thumb no cheetos

Turning the keyboard upside down and gently tapping the bottom is an easy clean. Years ago I was gifted a keyboard cleaning kit. It came with a set of brushes, a mini vacuum that ran on AA batteries, and a cleaning cloth with an alcohol solution. I used the kit a few times and still have it somewhere but the upside down trick is my go to a couple of times a year.
