what is, androidandandroid.info?

the last two days i get this pop up that says ive downloaded,

.APK. which i havent. then when i go to downloads it says,

Android and android. info.

Then a screan opens and says, " this down load has been blocked because it is not a android market. go to setting to adjust..

So anyone have a clue what this is and why im getting it.
