Help What is EVERYTHING

Hi, new to the forums.

I have a Droid X2. If I am not mistaken I see a new app on my desktop that I don't remember downloading or installing.
It is called everything. I am not terribly skillful with Android and I am trying to delete it but can't.
Anyone know what this app is?
How it got on my phone?
How to get rid of it?

You're sure it's not a shortcut, or the Everything Android app? Is it in your app drawer? Have you looked in settings > applications > manage applications and found it?
