What is ICS?

[BigRedNole]

My village called and want me back. They are having a hard time finding their idiot.

I am trying to understand what ICS is?

The reason I ask is that it is supposed to be in or part of Ice Cream Sandwich. I have to be the slowest person on the Android planet not to have seen ICS as the acronym for Ice Cream Sandwich.
