Help What is Misc File and is it safe for me to delete them?

I am using huawei Y520-U22 and I have Misc file taken space on my SD card and I don't know what to do. Which of the files under Misc file should I delete or if I should delete all of them? And I want to know if it will affect my SD card or my phone in any way

STOP! We just had another member delete their MISC files and their music, photos and videos disappeared! Just because it's under MISC doesn't mean it's not important. That's what the SD card is for... and if your card is getting full, get a bigger card or back up ALL your files to a PC or other location before you delete anything.
