Help What is that thing called?

My unrooted DINC has been acting strangely, so I'm going to do a total restore. Unfortunately, I've had nearly two years of customizations, personalized folders, widgets and programs that I have tweaked meticulously over that time.

What is that thing called where I can save my customizations so I can apply them to my DINC after I do the total restore? How does it work?
