what is the 411 app?

Suddenly I noticed that there is a 411 application in my phone, what is it for and how and when it got installed?

please advise.

No idea what it is, but it sounds dodgy.

You could Google it, see if you can find some info.

Personally, I'd try to uninstall it. If it won't uninstall, I'd disable it. If that didn't work, I'd back up my data and do a factory reset.
