What is the best FTP App for Android

Try Solid Explorer. It supports SMB, FTP, Google Drive, Dropbox, it has a dual panel lay out and it's very reliable.

I was going to recommend the same thing. I love Solid Explorer. Very few bugs. Handles FTP and SFTP too.

Indeed, it's great, and it doesn't require extra plugins.
Also love the support given by the developer.
