Does anyone know? When you first turn it on for the first time? Is it a love wallpaper or no? Is it the static light blue one? I am in USA if that makes a difference. Thanks guys.

I'm not sure why, but they have HORRIBLE stock wallpapers. Phones usually do, but this is horrible.
