nope.. i'm on 2.1, 2.1.A.0.435.. so, anything that i can be done to free my internal memory space?
interested in Eminence, is it available for my baseband?
No, Eminence is only for the .204 ROM (2.1.49 baseband, I think). You could just install ResMods 1.8 and it would look/function pretty much the same as the Eminence ROM.
but i counldn't get to download the file.. neither xda nor android forum.. is it updating? or do u mind to guide me to the link? one question, is it come with jit? oh ya..one more thing, can i move apps from internal memory to sd card in Res Mods v1.8? (as this is my main concern rooting my X10)

To download 1.8 go here:
[2.1 THEME] X10 Res Mods v1.8| xRecovery | 2.1.A.0.435 | Update 1/02/11 - Page 100 - xda-developers
and look at post 993 for the download links. Just follow the instructions on the first page of the ResMods thread for how to install (you need to use xRecovery to do so).
It doesn't come with JIT but you can install JIT easily enough yourself using xRecovery. Download it and follow the instructions from here:
JIT Enabler v2 | Optimized | ~33k Linpack score | for xRecovery - xda-developers
There is a way to get Apps2SD to work on 2.1 but I'm not sure of the procedure. It is a function of 2.2 though. You should be able to find a guide on how to get it working on XDA though.
Anyway, ResMods is a theme for your ROM it doesn't add any functionality that isn't present in the ROM you are using (other than adding a Reboot option in the Power menu).
Hope this helps!

can i delete those zip file which i had done installation on sd card?
by the way, the Res Mods 1.8 I downloaded cant work.. when i installed it using xRecovery, it stated [installation aborted]..
[edit] how to change theme? or how to uninstall the theme so that i can get back to the SE original blue theme?
Lol.. Thanks again for your help! And also big thanks to you there who reply to my doubts!so what's the difference of installing theme using xRecovery and Chewitt's installer?
p/s: A million thanks to JDwan especially for your fast reply! I'm a new android user who started from zero.. and you're like JIT that compiled what i have been reading up these few days and make me 'run faster'!Lol.. Thanks again for your help! And also big thanks to you there who reply to my doubts!
With thisHi there! I have problem using root explorer to move the apps from internal memory to sd card. I have rooted my X10i and used root explorer to move my apps from /data/app to /sdcard but the app just disappear from my application menu.. Am i missing out some important steps![]()

With this
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.buak.Link2SD&feature=related_apps
, move the applications on the microSD, but you do not need root explorer nor Froyo. It works well with Eclair.
It is no longer the case, but if someone had the same intention to free up memory without making major changes may download this application from market. Still need root permissions!
I apologize in advance for any "off topic"and the English translated with google translater![]()
