Help what is the "Raining Day"app on my Nexus 7?

Does anyone know what this app does? I didn't install it, and yet it's in my settings under downloaded apps. It says it's ver1.02. Can I delete this app? Thanks.

I've just had a look at my partners tab and I can't see any reference to an app called Raining Day so I'd guess it's not a system app and therefore ok to delete.

Could it be a live wallpaper, or one of the day dream options?

When you open Play, and head to My Apps, does it appear on there?

It looks like it was a wallpaper app from Google play, although I don't ever remember downloading it. I just deleted it as I never used it anyway. Thanks for the help.
