What is this app¿

I'm assuming you have seen this on another phone and want to install it, rather than you have it installed on your phone and can't find it (it's hard to help with that one).
Maybe ask the person whose phone those shots are from where they got it? If you look in the Play Store the apps you see will be filtered by region and (if you use your phone's app) compatibility with your phone. But I couldn't find it when I searched from a browser that wasn't logged into any account, so I assume it's not in the (UK) Play Store. This might be because it never came from there in the first place, it's not released in the UK, or because the app has been removed from the Play Store at some point. I've also not been able to find it in a couple of the trustworthy apk sites, but an honest site won't include it if it was a paid app or the developer does not consent to them distributing it.

what phone do you have? that first screenshot, where is that list from? im guessing that the app is not listed in the apps list in the phone settings? did you look for system apps as well?
