Nothing I've seen before. The design suggests maybe a screenshot indicator, but it could be anything. There is nothing about the design of the icon that says "dating app" to me.

Thank you very much. I'm new to all of this. I tried to take a decent picture but it came out grainy. It's actually a phone with a banner in front like a messages icon but with ribbon like edges. Within the banner is the silhouette of a person I think. I'll add a second pic without enlarging the image. It's the icon above the red dot.

not a dating.....move on or ask the person who owns the phone about it.

we get this almost everyday. you see there are millions upon millions of apps each with their own notification icon. so unless it is a popular app like facebook or youtube, you are most likely will not get an answer to your question.
