hi i was looking at apps on my tablet and phone and notice gos legacy (Com.enhance.gameservice) I am wondering what this app is and why its on my tablet but not my phone. Also what is rootpa (com.gd.mobicore.pa) are all these apps safe

It's Samsung Game Optimizing Service. I presume your other device isn't Samsung, and that's why it doesn't have it. The other thing, sounds like some system process. As they come from the manufacturers of your phones and/or tablets, they're safe.
