What is this control called?

Tea Maker

Lurker
Hello Guys,

there is a control in iOS that I'm not aware of its name. I would love to mimic this control in my Android App.

Have a look at the following picture:
iphone_gascubby.png

At the very bottom, where it says "Accord (5 entries)" with left and right arrows to switch between vehicles.

What do we call this thing (Giving the iOS name is fine too). And is it a built-in control in iOS only? Can we achieve it in Android? (Possibly using List Views?).

Please let me know I couldn't figure it out myself.
Thanks a lot.

That app appears to access a database, maybe it's some kind of "next record" control, with a specific part of the record it will look at for that record. The icons are likely iOS specific but the function could almost certainly be duplicated.

Are you looking for a similar app? Or are you looking to create an app that has that "arrow" functionality?

If you're looking for an app to track multiple vehicle costs, "MyCars" is free in the GooglePlay.

If you're looking for programming help ... I'm not the person to ask!

Edit:

Nevermind ... you specifically stated you were looking for the control to mimic in an Android App ... I'll try to read before commenting next time!
