Not really, it just means that you have location services turned on, not that apps are currently trying to find you.

I believe it might be Weather Bug elite. I have it (it was a free app of the day on Amazon a while back), but I have a background color (pink) on mine. I might try it w/o the background. I love it!! I always check my weather a couple times a day

I have the downloaded manual from Samsung and it is'nt on page 28, or any page for that matter. That is why I asked.
