What is this mysterious contact category? Picture attached

When I click "+" to create a contact while in Contacts, I have a mysterious third contact category option (see attached picture). The first option is "Phone" with a little orange icon, the second is "Google" with the little black "g" icon, but the third is also called "Phone" with my first name under it and with a little green icon that is similar to the stock orange icon. A text representation of this menu (I will also attach a picture):

Save Contact to
------------------
<Orange Contact Icon> Phone

<Black Google Icon> Google
<my email>

<Green Contact Icon> Phone

I think perhaps some app added this category. Does anyone else have this or have any idea where it came from?

Can try going into your contacts, settings, and see what accounts are in there to be shown. Might give you a clue that way as well.
