What is this notification

Hello guys!

This notification keeps poping out on my phone on various occasions. For example the notification on the screen shot poped out when I plugged in my charger. Do you have any idea what this is ? Is it some android thing or should I explore further my apps?
In general, I don't have any weird apps or games on my phone.

It's a Samsung thing caused by the PEEL Remote app of all things. Here's a Tutorial on YouTube for disabling it.
