what is this on my notification bar

ever since i updated to android7

this notification pops up ONLY when i'm at home.

all network connections are turned off. no wifi, no bluetooth, no hotspot, no nuttin', and no apps that i'm aware of. i don't notice any battery drain,,,,,YET

maybe if you have google home products? and it is letting you know it is connected to that network.

Is it a femtocell icon? Which are provided by some carriers to improve the network coverage inside homes, as opposed to using WiFi calling?

T-Mobile was offering it in the US.
