Help What is this weird icon?

I got an unlocked Galaxy Note from Korea and it works fine (aside from only getting gprs) but there is one icon that I do not recognize and can't find online. What is this symbol?

I can't make it large enough to actually see it (71 year old eyes need large pictures). Try turning off NFC and see if it goes away. (In English, it's an upper-case N - I don't know what it would be in Korean.)
