Root What is this?

Don't bother, that is for the design. But the links are in china..I signed up for the hell of it, to see, if I could download, but can't.. You have to give them you a credit card number, which I will not do..Anything from the Chi-coms are suspicious..
 
thats funny how this phones been out for a bit on sprint and the s-off hasnt happened?? but the evo lte has root and soff and its fresh off the line!!! damn bottom line android!!!
 
I do not think it is about how long the phone is out. Look at the Prevail. It had more dev community behind it than any of the other Boost phones, since it was the first Android offering from Boost. The current dev community behind the Evo 4g can still put some of the recent android phones to shame. If you're talking the glory days of the Evo 4g few phones I doubt can beat it. The Evo 4g was the first 4g phone.

The Design is just a phone with a little better hardware design, a bit more internal memory, a bit more processing power than the Evo 4g. Most people could care less about the GSM capabilities of the phone. Overall pretty unremarkable.

You can tell the dev community thinks that its not all that either.
