Thanks in advance :)

Well, if you look in the Play Store then it's a legitimate app. Just that the text has appeared on your screen rather than a pretty icon.

No, its linked with the icon on the left of the text, its like its description is included next to its icon. So it has both text and an icon

So you don't know what it is, but you want to "get it" anyway...???

Correct, i don't know what its called and for me to have any chance of getting it i will have to know what it is called first, don't know why your so confused it's not a hard concept to grasp.

It's called "Audio Speed Changer." If you search for "Audio Speed Changer" in the Play Store, it is the first return on search. To get it, click on the icon and then click on install.

The question is how to get the description rather than just the icon in the market search results.

It may depend on how precise a match the first app is to the search string. For example, if I type "browser" as a search string I get a list of icons, like the second image. The top hit was Dolphin, but no description text for that. If I type "Dolphin browser" as the search string I still get dolphin as the top result, but now I get a description for it same as in the first image.

What happens if you type the exact name of your app?
