Help WHAT IS WRONG ? i cant even TEXT!

i have the samsung android Transformer . New user and it was just purchased about two week ago. it was working perfectly fine until today. i tried to send text message to my friend and all of a sudden it started opening random apps and would let me finish the messaege. it wont let me text at all now 0.o what is up with that?? also when im not touching the phone at all it opens apps randomly?? my battery is fine but it is quite aggravating when something keeps opening when you do not wish for it to do so! can someone please help me i have no idea what to do ?

"When you go to Settings>Apps>Quick Launch, make sure you uncheck every key that has a shortcut assigned. I think this is a glitch that Samsung released the phone this way without explanation to buyers. Phone has a few bugs upon purchase, but I think this was the most annoying one!" Try that first, make sure your screen locks correctly, and then if its not resolved, just take the phone to Sprint and they'll either fix it or give you a new Transform... (Most likely a new phone because Sprint employees are incompetent)
