what is wrong with my samsung note 2

i have a samsung note 2 i used to use a huawei charger to charge it but two days ago i notice it wont charge i tried so many chargers and all i see is the emty battery with a small circle in the middle then it disappears do i need to get the charging port fixed?

Sure sounds like it. One last try. Do you still have the Samsung cord? The one with the USB connector on one end and the kind of funny small USB connector on the other end? Plug that into a USB port on a computer (and the other end into the phone) and see if it charges. (Give it at least 2 or 3 hours before checking, then 24 hours for a nearly full charge.) Samsung has some charging ports set up so that if you don't use their cable, the phone won't charge.

If that doesn't work, it's probably time for a repair estimate.

All standard chargers work with my note 2. It may need repair but get a magnifying glass and torch and check is not just dirt in the usb socket on the phone. I had a similar issue once and it was a tiny bit of grit causing it.

Also take the battery out and check the connections. If you can, try another battery.
