What it that bar at the top of page two called?

Hi Guys,
What it that bar at the top of page two called? and what does each of them do? I know one is wireless, one bluetooth but what are the others? Please help guys

i think i know what your talking about when you drag the notification bar down at the top of that it says wifi, bluetooth , gps , and auto rotate.
