Root What kernel and Rom for HTC Desire supports Apps2Ext?

I'm trying to find a kernal and ROM that supports Apps2Ext because I'm always running low on space. If I'm correct, I'm using the 2.6.38.8-evervolv-turba-jellybean kernel (sounds wrong to me but the phone shows that's what the kernel version is) and I've found that it doesn't support App2Ext.

Since Roms/kernels are updated pretty quickly, does anyone have any suggestions as to what recent Rom and/or kernel I should use?

Actually most custom ROMs support some form of this - it's harder to find one that doesn't. Do you mean that a particular a2sd script doesn't work?

Why do you saw that Evervolv-turba doesn't support it? I've not used that ROM, but I've looked inside it and it contains an a2sd script built in (/system/etc/init.d/10apps2sd). So either it will be working already (check whether ext partition is being used) or you just need to type a couple of commands to activate it.

I assume you are using Nikez's ROM, or one based on it, if you are using that kernel?
