What native Android app stream gobs of data?

[TambourineMan]

I am looking for a free Android app that will stream lots of data continuously and max out an LTE connection. I know I could stream music but that doesn't max out the bandwidth.

Any suggestions?

Torrent app. Check your TOS before using though.

I would prefer one within Verizon's TOS or at least within the terms of FCC regs for their purchase of the LTE band

But with Torrent wouldn't I have to constantly pick a new file to download?

What I was thinking might work would be to stream video, like a TV show feed
