For the Evo V 4g do I select Evo 3D or other supported models .

Going to run out and get it on sale tomorrow !( I have a feeling the LTE phones are coming soon, but since my funds are limited a 150$ phone will do just fine )

The phone is the Evo 3D, just re-branded to VM.

I selected "Other supported models", and it worked just fine, so it looks like you'll get there whichever route you take.
