What phone would you buy on T Mobile.. HTC One or Samsung GS4

My Amaze 4g seems to be passed over for new updates now doesn't look like its going to get the latest android either so Im thinking or buying a new phone. I really like the HTC One and then theres the GS4? Looks like the GS4 is going to be all plastic though where the HTC One is metal mixed. It seems the GS4 might be faster to. Which to choose. The GS4 is coming with these latest android to. It seems the HTC One does not have a SD card slot either and non upgradeable battery. I don't know much about the GS4 just saw a pic of it with a 5 inch screen the HTC is 4.7" so which one. Im sick of the huge delay my Amaze has going to the phone part of it. It pauses misses keystrokes and even sometimes takes for ever to connect to dial... So lets hear your votes for which one?

moved you to the device comparison forum

well for me the htc one looks really good. however, no removable battery and no sd card is a deal breaker for me. it seems like htc is going the way of the iphoney IMO.

i have not seen the full specs for the gs4 yet, but the eye scrolling thing that was just revealed looks intersting.

The S4 is officially announced on the 14th of this month. Then you can make exact comparisons to the One. I assume that since this is the Samsung Flagship and will be half a year or more newer than the One on its release date - the S4 will be definitely or slightly better in more than one area.

Personally I like the Samsung line better.

The S4 should definitely be better. Although it probably won't come with key lime pie. By the time it's released, key lime pie would come out soon after, then you'd be outdated again, and it would probably be a few months or more before they thought about upgrading it. Only a Nexus phone will stay truly up to date at all times. But the Nexus 4 doesn't have expandable storage or removable battery either, so its tough. The X Phone and new Nexus should be out later this year, but who knows when. Certainly not until the end of the year for the Nexus.

All things considered the Samsung is probably your best bet.

Well the GS4 just seems to have some really nice friendly and advanced features the other phone do not have and some new ones this time to. I read that its suppose to have the latest of android software when it releases. Now if it has SD card and removable battery. I got through two a day 2500mah batteries and still not enough at night. Unless they have some new power saver feature like I phone its going to have to stay pretty close to a charger then.

It sounds like android version is very important to you so I'd say you go with the GS4.

Both Samsung and HTC are bad about updates though, so you'll fall behind with GS4 too by the end of 2013 (around Nexus release).

Im actually leaning towards the HTC ONE because of one its looks and its getting like a 9/10 on reviews it also has excellent brightness outside and I exercise alot
