If you are wanting to root head on over to xda. It's a developer's forum. They are the ones top find exploits for your phone and figure out ways to use the exploit to gain root.

As far as frp goes, it is kind of frowned upon discussing ways to get around it here.

Let me check in here. Factory Reset Protection is an Android built in protection to prevent thieves from performing a factory data reset on stolen devices. The requirement that the previous owner take deliberate actions to allow a device to be used by a different owner is exactly that protection. We aren't real keen on discussing that here.
