http://www.devicespecifications.com/en/model/6e2f3343 Will this do? I am not talking abou the performance. I just don't know if I will be allowed to download high-res games on this phone with such a small resolution of 480 x 854.

yeah bro It will compatible with this resolution you can play high end resresolution games in this device
They might load, whether they run well or not is a different story entirely.
Dayumm8, have you thought about something like the Moto E/or Moto G? Would either of those be within your budget?

Well, they are a bit. But their specs aren't as good when it comes to CPU and GPU units, right?
I'd take either over the ZTE (although I'd prefer the Moto G).
If they are "a bit", there's no point in stretching your budget and getting something you can't afford.

Yup, the Snapdragon 400 CPU is clocked 0.1GHz lower (1.2GHz vs 1.3GHz) and the Adreno 305 GPU runs at 450MHz compared to the Mali-T760's 500MHz.
