Root What RUU do I use?

I plan on RUUing my device in order to fix some 3G problems that I have been having on AOSP. The problem is, on Directory listing of http://androidfiles.org/ruu/Shooter I don't know what RUU to choose. Thanks!

EDIT: I'm in the USA on Virgin Mobile. (DUH)

This one assuming you are going to run it from Windows.
