Help What should I do before exchanging my s3

My s3 has a problem with bluetooth not working. I'm going to exchange it for the same s3. Anything I should do before exchanging it? Besides a factory reset?

Make sure your contacts are backed up to your Google account. Also, back up any data you have, etc. Is that what you mean?

That's good info but I was thinking security. Like to make sure my info is not stolen like wallet or anything like that.

I see, A factory reset should take care of it and also format the internal SD card.
