Root what should I do first?

Hi all, I have been waiting for the root for the Dinc, and just heard that it is out and works. But I also read about the leaked OTA, and now I am not sure what to do first.

Should i do the OTA leaked update manually, or just go ahead with the root? I have done all reading on how to root the phone and I am ready with all the necessary files. But need a damn data cable which is lost somewhere at my gf's house.

What are your suggestions?

Seriously, I'm waiting for the official OTA and then will reevaluate my options. Plus, it looks like UnrEVOked has achieved full NAND unlock so that should be coming soon as well. Who knows how that will play with these other things currently out. I'm trying to minimize the root, unroot, root cycle.
