Help What should I do when the camera app doesn't work?

When I trying to take photos, the phone is writing the message: The application Camera (process com.adroid.camera) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

I have got a model Verzo Kinzo with Android version 2.2.

Someone told to me that maybe the factory reset will help. I tried it, but it didn't helped.

What else should I do? Thank you for information.

Try another camera app, and if that doesn't work either, and you've already factory reset it. It sounds very much like a hardware failure, manufacturer service required. And if you got something running Froyo 2.2!, it's probably had a good life, and time to treat yourself to a new phone anyway.
